30.Incised wound (on the inside of the arm, on the upper arm,
or on the stomach)
The "injured person" complains of pain. He explains the cause
of the injury i.e. a knife or shrapnel. He calms down after a good
bandage is applied.
31-32. Gun shot wounds – entrance and exit (entrance through left
jaw, exit through right cheek, or entrance through left shoulder,
exit through lower part of the back, or entrance through
outside of leg, exit through inside)
The "injured person" is apprehensive and in pain and has
difficulty in talking clearly. In the case of a head injury, he should
have a blood capsule in his mouth in order to simulate the
blood flow from his mouth. If wound is placed on front of
shoulder the "injured person" has difficulty in breathing, and also
coughs up some blood. If the wound is placed on the leg, he
clutches the wound with his hand but appears cheerful, since he
is relieved that the wound is not more serious.

The "injured person" indicates pain by moaning and is quite
apprehensive. He informs the rescuer how the injury occurred,
i.e. that an industrial explosion took place and something hit
him. The accident occurred so quickly that he cannot give any
