12 Removal and disposal
You can dispose of the filter tank packaging materials separately in their respective household
waste bin.
12.1 Removal
Before starting removal:
•
Disconnect the system from the power grid
•
Depressurise the system
•
Dismantle the filter system properly and make sure that all the water circuits are
depressurised.
•
Then dismantle all the modules and components, taking applicable local
environmental regulations into consideration
12.2 Disposal
The dismantled components are to be recycled after being disassembled properly:
•
Separate packaging and recycling
•
Scrap metal material residue
•
Break up the filter tank (GRP) and dispose of with solid waste

Removal and disposal may only be carried out by trained and approved
specialists.
CAUTION
Ensure your own safety during removal.
Wear safety equipment (e.g. safety gloves, boots and goggles)!
Stainless steel edges may be sharp after disassembly.
