Cause
No telephone no. was assigned to
this direct call button.
1) Input delay is set to too high a
value.
2) Button broken
1) Wrong relay operations mode
2) The telephone used for remote
configuration does not send
DTMF dialling tones.
Activation interval is set to a value
too small / too high
Action
Assign a telephone no. via configu-
ration steps 21 or 22 respectively.
1) Change the setting for the input
delay via configuration step 04
2) Change the button
1) Via configuration step 08, you
may choose the relay operations
mode. To use the relay for open-
ing the door, choose a suitable
operations mode, e.g. operations
mode 4.
2) You need a telephone with DTMF
dialling (= a telephone that can
send DTMF dialling tones) for re-
mote configuration. Certain net-
work telephones require pressing
a button or entering an activation
code to send DTMF dialling
tones. For further information,
please contact your telephone
system administrator.
Via configuration step 09 you may
change the activation interval for
the relay. Choose an appropriate
amount of time in seconds.
