The timing of the preheating and fractionating vacuum can vary depending on the autoclave from 25 - 35 minutes, these will add up with the timing of the cycles
shown in the table. All sterilization cycles have 3 vacuum phases except the 134 ° flash cycle that has 2 vacuum cycles.
