To prepare the cutting guide
Note:
The first time you use the rail system, you must
cut the cutting guide.
The cutting guide helps the operator to put the cutting
blade in correct position for the cut.
1. Fold out the cutting guide.
2. Put the cutting guide parallel to the rail.
3. Carefully cut off the cutting guide.
To use the rail fixture RA 10, RA 10S
1. Fold out the cutting guide.
2. Align the saw cut and fold in the cutting guide.
3. Move the product rearward and forward to decrease
the contact surface between the cutting blade and
the rail. More contact surface increases the risk of
glazing the cutting blade or making it blunt.
4. Cut the rail.

a) Cut through the section at the top (A).

b) Cut through the section in the middle (B).
c) Cut through the section in the bottom (C).
5. If the cut cannot be completed from 1 side, the
product must be turned around.
a) Stop the product. Refer to
page 27 .
b) Remove the product from the rail fixture.
c) Install the product with its left side to the rail
fixture.
d) Adjust the position of the cutting blade, if it is
necessery. Loosen the 2 crews (A) and adjust
(B) the position of the cutting blade.

e) Tighten the 2 screws (A).
f) Continue to cut.
6. Complete the cut.
7. Stop the product.
8. Remove the product from the rail fixture.
9. Remove the rail fixture from the rail.

1. Fold out the cutting guide.
