"Unauthorized, the display of information requires at least visitor rights": this sentence is displayed
when the camera is not connected to the Internet. If your camera is working properly when connected
via Ethernet cable, there may be three reasons why the WiFi configuration has failed:
The camera was not installed
correctly: Reinstall the camera
from the beginning.
WARNING: the camera must
first be installed using the
Ethernet cable before being
configured for WIFI.
1. Using a paper clip, press the
"reset" button under the camera
for 10 seconds, leaving it
plugged in. WARNING: the
camera is not "reset"until it has
done a complete 360​ °
horizontally and 90° vertically.
2. Install the camera using
the Ethernet cable first. Refer

It may be that your ISP's
security settings are blocking
the use and installation of the
camera in WIFI mode
Contact your ISP in order to
find out the procedure to
follow to reduce the security
settings on your box.
It may be that your security
settings (firewall, antivirus,

WIFI mode
Go into your computer's
security settings (firewall,
antivirus, etc.) to reduce their
activity level.
