The Crippa Campeggio Mobile
Home is guaranteed for 24 months
from the date of purchase.
The purchase date is proven by a
document valid for tax purposes,
issued by Crippa Campeggio, which
shows the date on which the sale
was and the product identification
details. Why the warranty is
Acknowledged - it is necessary that

this document is shown in case of
intervention of technical personnel.
"Warranty" means the repair or
replacement of the component parts
of the product that are defective
at the origin due to manufacturing
defects; then any transport costs are
also included in the warranty.
The technical staff will be sent, at
the request of the customer, within
the time limits granted by our
organizational needs. If you believe
that the product or a part of it
presents a defect, please fill out the
online form available on the website
www.crippacampeggio.it or contact
our Customer Service directly via
the toll-free number no later than
2 months from discovery, on pain
of forfeiture of the guarantee right.
For the identification of your
product, we ask you to always
communicate the serial number
shown on the Crippa Campeggio
M O B I L E
H O M E
plate at the bottom next to the
entrance door.
IN PARTICULAR
a. Any considerable defect in both
labor and materials needs to be
evaluated by a technician appointed
by Crippa Campeggio.
b. The Mobile Home must be
operated only by suitable personnel
and means.
c. The guarantee holder must
ensure that the Mobile Home
is regularly maintained and
inspected in accordance with the
recommendations described in this
manual and the rules of normal
prudence.
d. The Crippa Campeggio will
NOT accept liability-costs for the
repair or replacement of parts or
components other than those parts
or components that have confirmed
to be defective.
e. The parts and components not
covered by the warranty are: tires,
lamps - fluorescent tubes, spotlights,
gaskets - tap cartridges, aesthetic
appearance of silicones.
f. All the appliances included in the
Crippa Campeggio Mobile Homes
have a European warranty, therefore
they are guaranteed by the direct
service of the manufacturers. If any

malfunctions occur, we ask you to
contact Crippa Campeggio via the
toll-free number or via our website
in the "Assistance" session.
g. Once the warranty period
expires, the costs for any technical
interventions included
transport must be supported by the
user.
