It is advisable to carry out a visual
inspection at the end of each
season, paying attention to the
following parts.
› Check the integrity of the external
wall panels.
› Stability control and status of
stabilization points.
› Check the integrity of the roof -
check for leaks.
› NEVER let people get on roof.
› DO NOT place objects on the roof.
› DO NOT place ladders on gutters
or external panels as they could
otherwise be damaged.
› Control of all sealants - mastics
- silicones (it will be necessary to
repair all parts that show signs of
shrinkage or breakage).
› Check doors and windows by
checking for leaks and sealant
integrity, oil all locks and hinges of
external doors.
› Periodically check that the gutters
are free from leaves and anything
else that could cause the canal to
become clogged.
› Check the integrity of the cable
- power supply plug of the "life-
saving" differential switch of the
column which supplies electricity
in the stand.
› When Mobile Homes are located
in coastal areas especially when
they are close to the sea, salt
spray, fog and rain will tend to
leave a corrosive layer on the
Mobile Home therefore in these
circumstances we recommend
washing your own home at least
once every 3 months with warm
water and neutral soapy solution;
at the end of this procedure rinse
and dry the structure with a skin.
These measures help fight the
effects of the saline atmosphere.
ATTENTION
Never seal the perimeter of the
Mobile Home as it is necessary
that the lower part of the floor is
ventilated!!! This is necessary both
to maintain its structural integrity
for a long time, and for your safety
and security, as this ventilation
is necessary to dispose of any
accidental leaks of unburned gas.
