4.3. Health Airflow function
To set the Health Airflow function
1. Press the EXTRA FUNCTION button
The cycle sequence is as follows: Sleep > Health Airflow position 1 > Health Airflow position 2 > Turbo
> Air sending > A-B yard > SWING left/right.
2. Select Health Airflow function.
3. Press and hold the button. The direction of the louvers goes through the 3 positions:

4. Select an airflow orientation.
5. Press the CONFIRM/CANCEL button to validate the setting.
To cancel the Health Airflow function
Press CONFIRM/CANCEL button to cancel.
• Avoid manually moving the deflectors. This could result in an abnormal operation of
the outlet grill.
•
If the outlet grill in not operating normally, stop the unit for 1 minute, restart the unit and
adjust the position of the deflectors with the remote controller.
• After setting Health Airflow function, the position of the outlet grill is fixed.
•
When operating the unit in COOL or DRY mode in an environment with a high humidity
level during a long period of time, condensation can occur at the outlet grill.
• In HEAT mode, prefer the upward position of the airflow

In COOL mode, prefer the downward position of the airflow
4.4. Health function
(This function is available on some models only).
Health function is an air-purifying function that uses UV-C lamps to remove harmful micro-organisms
such as bacteria from the air.
Press the HEALTH button

Press the HEALTH button again to deactivate the function.
• Looking directly at the light emitted by the UV-C lamps leads to ocular damage.
•
Ocular damage appear after only a few seconds of exposure.
• Do not touch the UV-C lamps with bare hands.
•
Deactivate Health function and power off the unit before opening the front panel of
the unit.
• It is recommended to activate Health function 2 hours a day maximum. Operating the
function on a longer period of time can affect the lifespan of the UV-C lamps.
