Cause of fault and corrective action
1.Check the probe resistance.
2.The probe connector is disconnected. Reconnect it.
3.The probe connector is wet. Remove the water and dry the connector. Apply waterproof adhesive
tape.
4.Faulty probe; replace it.

tape.
4.Faulty probe; replace it.
The hydronic control board is faulty; replace it
-
1.The cables between the hydronic board of the indoor unit and outdoor unit are not connected.
Reconnect them.
2. If there is a strong magnetic field or high power interference, like lifts, large power supply transform-
ers, etc., add a barrier to protect the unit or move the unit elsewhere.
1. Check that the boards are powered. Check that the PCB indicator light on the inverter module is on
or off. If the light is off, reconnect the power supply cable.
2. If the indicator light is off, check the cable connection between the inverter module board and the
main control board; if the cable is loose or broken, reconnect the cable or replace it with a new one.
3. Replace both the boards in turn to see if one of the 2 is faulty.
2.The probe connector is disconnected. Reconnect it.
3.The probe connector is wet. Remove the water and dry the connector. Apply waterproof adhesive
tape.
4.Faulty probe; replace it.

4.Faulty probe; replace it.
1. Strong wind against the expulsion flow of the fan can cause the fan to rotate in the reverse direc-
tion. Change the position of the unit or create a shelter to avoid this phenomenon.
2. Fan motor broken, replace it with a new motor
1. Check if the power supply voltage.falls within the permitted range.
2. Switch off and on again multiple times in rapid succession. Leave the unit switched off for more
than 3 minutes, then switch it on again.
3. Faulty hydronic board. Replace it with a new one.
1. The pressure sensor connection is loose; reconnect it.
