WARNING! Use oil or liquid fat for frying. Do not use fat in a solid form. Do not place fl amma-
ble products near the fryer. During operation, the oil heats up to a very high temperature. Do
not open the tap before the oil has been cooled. In case the oil in the fryer container catches
fi re, do not extinguish with water. The oil has a lower specifi c gravity than water and will fl ow
out to the top of water without extinguishing the fi re. In case the oil catches fi re, cover the fry-
er container with a non-fl ammable cover and disconnect the product from mains. Then start
extinguishing by means of a fi re extinguisher designed for extinguishing the fat. The deep fry-
er's lid supplied with the product has a slot for the fryer basket handle and therefore does not
ensure a leak-proof container cover. Do not use the fryer to heat any substances other than
those mentioned in this manual Before fi lling and/or emptying the oil container, disconnect
the product from the mains by unplugging the power cord from the socket. Due to possible
contact with drops of hot oil and high temperature surfaces, while working you should wear
protective clothing covering the whole body and protective gloves. The optimal temperature

of manufacturers of foodstuff s for frying. The size of portion intended for frying at one time
cannot be too large. You can adopt the principle, 100 grams of frying products per 1 litre of oil.
Frying a portion which is too large can cause the oil to cool down too much, which will result
in insuffi cient frying of a dish and will degrade its taste. We recommend to select the frying
temperature and portion size experimentally.Avoid frying with worn out oil. The oil should be
replaced on a regular basis. The oil usage rate may be checked with the testers available
