11. Intended use
The sander is designed for sanding and
polishing wood, plastic, stone, composites,
paints/varnishes, putty, and similar
materials.
Materials containing asbestos can not be
handled with the sander. The sander should
only be used for dry grinding.
The tool is to be used only for its prescribed
purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse.
12. Changing the abrasive sleeve
Warning! Remove the plug from the power
source before installing or removing a sand-
ing roller.

using the LEFT hasp as a hinge.
Slide the roller (10) off the roller shaft

Remove the old abrasive sleeve and

slide the new abrasive sleeve onto the
roller.
Note: Rotate the roller sleeve counter clock-
wise as you slide the roller sleeve off or onto
the roller. Make sure it is centred on the
roller and is not overhanging one end of the
roller.
Slide the roller onto the roller shaft. Note:
The roller can only be installed one way.
When properly installed, the directional
arrow (C) on the end of the roller will be
visible.

Reinstall the roller end cover and fasten

erly seated onto the main housing and the
hasps snap into place.
