Cycle Completion Signal
Press the POWER button.
Hold down the "A" button and press START until the display indi-
cates "d:00". Release both buttons.
Press the "A" button until the display shows "b:02".
Press the "C" button to increase or decrease the tone "b:00" =
OFF and "b:03" = LOUDEST
Press START to save setting.
Control Lock (Child Lock)
Select the program and options of your choice.
Hold down the Control Lock (SmartWash™ HE) button for ap-
prox. 3 seconds until the display indicates "CL". The "CL" will
show now if any button is pressed and the program will not be
reset.
To deactivate, hold down the Control Lock (SmartWash™ HE)
button for approx. 3 seconds.
Salt
The amount of salt dispensed can be set from "H:00" to "H:07".
Salt is not required at H:00 (the default setting).
Press the POWER button.
Hold down the "A" button and press START until the display indi-
cates "d:00". Release both buttons.
Press the "A" button until the display shows "H:00".
Press the "C" button to change the setting. "H:00" = No salt
"H:07" = highest setting
Press START to save setting.
ADJUSTING THE SETTINGS
Setting the amount of Rinse Aid dispensed
NOTE: If your glasses have spots on them, you need more rinse
aid. If your glasses have streaks, you need less Rinse Aid.
Press the POWER button.
Hold down the "A" button and press START until the display indi-
cates "d:00". Release both buttons.
Press the "A" button until the display shows "r:05".
Press the "C" button to change the amount of Rinse Aid dis-
pensed. "r:00" = Rinse Aid OFF "r:06" = highest setting
Press START to save setting.
NOTE: To avoid long wash cycle times, ensure the rinse aid set-
ting is not set to "r:00" (OFF).
