Prepare the whip aerials (part 391), and cut the aerial bases (part 392) and aerial brackets (part 393) to
length. Drill holes in the bar mast side panels for the brackets, and glue these in place securely. Insert
the aerial bases in the brackets, and fit the whip aerials in the bases.

Prepare the rubber fenders (part 394) as follows: insert the centre axles (part 395) in the fenders, and
form a loop in each end. Tie the fenders to the railing stanchions with thread. TIP: the wire in the rubber
tube enables you to bend the fenders so that they hang down under their own weight, as on the full-size
vessels.

Cut out the life supports (part 396) and glue them to scrap pieces of ABS. Cut out the flange and sand
the transition to a rounded profile. Glue the life supports to the model.

Cut out the ball-fenders (part 397) and glue them together. Fix the fenders to the two bollards on the side
boxes with short lengths of thread.
•
At this point all the remaining small parts can be glued to the model.
