5.2 Fitting the castors (Fig. 7 - 8)
Press the two levers (16) and push the castors
(15) onto the front suction tube (14). Three fi xed
locking positions (17) are possible for setting the
working position.
5.3 Fitting the wall bracket (Fig. 9 - 10)
Push the wall bracket (22) onto the motor housing
as far as the stop. Make sure that the V-shaped
cut-out (23) faces the suction tube in order to be
able to hang the machine from a screw in the wall.
The wall bracket also serves as a support when
the machine is placed on the ground.
5.4 Fitting the harness (Fig. 11)
Pull back the catch of the carabiner (9) and hook
it on the motor housing.
5.5 Fitting / removing the collection bag
(Fig. 2/ 12 - 15)
•
Slip the collection bag connection (19) over
the mount (20) on the motor housing. Make
sure that it latches in place correctly.
•
Hook the collection bag on the suction tube
in one of the two holes (14.1 / 14.2). The hole
(14.3) cannot be used on this model.
To remove the collection bag, unhook it from
the suction tube. Press the release levers (21)
simultaneously on the left and right and pull off
the collection bag.
5.6 Fitting the battery (Fig. 22 - 24)
Press the pushlock button (32) of the
rechargeable battery as shown in Fig. 22 and
push the battery into the battery mount (25)
provided until it latches in place. Fig. 23 shows the
rechargeable batteries when fi tted. To remove the
battery pack, proceed in reverse order.
Notice!
Never combine batteries with diff erent capacities
(Ah).
Use only batteries which are charged to the same
level. Never combine full and half-full batteries.
Always charge the two batteries simultaneously.
The equipment's operating time depends on
the battery with the lower charge level. The two
batteries must always be fully charged before use.
5.7 Charging the Lithium-Ion battery

5.8 Battery capacity indicator (Fig. 24)
Press the battery capacity indicator switch (34).
The battery capacity indicator (33) shows the
charge status of the battery using 3 LEDs.
All 3 LEDs lit:
The battery is fully charged.
2 or 1 LED(s) lit:
The battery has an adequate remaining charge.
1 LED fl ashing:
The battery is empty, recharge the battery.
All LEDs fl ashing:
The temperature of the battery is too low. Remove
the battery from the device and leave it at room
temperature for a day. If the error occurs again,
this means that the battery has been completely
depth-discharged and is defective. Remove the
battery from the device. Never use or charge a
defective battery.
6. Operation
Danger!
Start up the equipment only when fully
assembled.
6.1 Sizing the shoulder strap (Fig. 16)
Slip the shoulder strap over your shoulder and
adjust the length so that you can handle the
equipment comfortably.
Caution: Wear the shoulder strap in such a
way that the safety release is always close
to hand. In an emergency you can always
remove the equipment quickly by opening
the safety release (9).
6.2 Switching the machine On/Off (Fig. 17)

To switch on, press the On/Off switch (1).
•
To switch off, let go of the On/Off switch.
6.3 Speed control (Fig. 17)
The equipment comes with a 5-step electronic
speed control system for setting the velocity of
the air current.
The display (3) shows the corresponding number
and color of bars.
1 green bar = lowest air velocity.
4 green bars = highest air velocity in SPEED
mode.
