Introduction
This instruction manual contains all the information needed for safe and proper use of the
InPro 86X0 i e Series sensor. The instruction manual is intended for personnel entrusted with the
oper ation and maintenance of the sensors. It is assumed that these persons are familiar with
the equipment in which the sensor is installed.
The instruction manual must be stored where it is constantly accessible and available to any
person working with the InPro 86X0 i e.
Warning notices and symbols
Warning notices and informations are marked with the following symbols:
Danger! Warning of a danger that can lead to extensive material damage, to death or
grave bodily injury.
Caution! Warning of a possible dangerous situation that can lead to light bodily harm
and/or material damage.
Notice: Information referring to technical requirements. Non-adherence can lead to
malfunctions, uneconomic working and possibly also to loss of productivity. The manu-
facturer is not liable for any damages resulting from improper or inappropriate use.
