d) Changing the crystal
There must be no other transmitters/models with the same frequency in the range of the transmitter, as these transmitters
interfere with each other. As a result, the models no longer respond correctly to the transmitter commands. If other
models are operated in your range, talk to the other operators to decide what frequencies you use.
Only use suitable accessory crystals for the transmitter and the receiver.
Before changing a crystal, first turn off the vehicle and then the transmitter.
Receiver crystals are generally labelled "R" or "RX" ("R" = receiver). Transmitter crystals are labelled "T"
or "TX" ("T" = transmitter).
If the receiver and transmitter crystals are swapped, the transmitter as well as the receiver will not work
correctly!


Disposal
a) General
Electric and electronic devices must not be disposed of in the household waste!
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
b) Batteries and rechargeable batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable batteries. Disposing
of them in the household waste is prohibited!
Batteries containing hazardous substances are labelled with the symbols shown to the left. These symbols
indicate that disposal of these batteries in the household waste is prohibited. The heavy metals concerned
are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead (the names are indicated on the battery/rechargeable battery
e.g. below the rubbish bin symbols shown to the left).
You can return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at any collecting point in your local
community, at our stores or wherever batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
