D.5.1 QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
In some cases, faults can be eliminated easily and quickly by following a brief troubleshooting guide:
SWITCH ON
THE INSIDE TEMPERATURE
IS TOO HIGH
THE APPLIANCE IS
EXCESSIVELY NOISY
If the fault persists after carrying out the above checks, contact the After-Sales Service, remembering to give the following details:
• the type of fault;
• the appliance PNC (production code);
• the Ser. No. (appliance serial number).
Note: The code and serial number are essential for identifying the type of appliance and date of manufacture.
D.5 TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Make sure the plug is properly inserted in power socket.
2. Make sure the socket is powered.

2. Make sure there is no heat source near the appliance.
3. Make sure the door closes properly.
1. Make sure the appliance is level. An unbalanced position can set off vibrations.
