Please use the following guidelines to keep your grill
clean and looking new. Before any cleaning, make
sure all the burners are in the • OFF position and grill
is cool to the touch.
Cleaning the Outside of the Grill
For the stainless steel surfaces, wash the outside of
the surface with a soft cloth and a soap and water
solution, and rinse with water.
• When cleaning, always rub or wipe in the direction
of the stainless steel grain.
• For stubborn spots, always clean in the direction of
the stainless steel grain.
• DO NOT clean stainless steel with anything
containing acid, mineral spirits or xylene.
• DO NOT use a wire brush or any abrasive cleaner
on the stainless steel surface as this will cause
scratches in the stainless steel finish.
Cleaning the Inside of the Grill
For safety and efficiency, it is important to remove any
debris or excess grease that may accumulate inside
the grill.
• Wipe off the inner lid liner with a paper towel to
prevent grease build up.
• Wash the inside of the lid with warm, soapy water
and rinse with water.
• Inside the cooking chamber wash with warm,
soapy water and rinse with water.
• The burn-off method is one way to clean the
stainless steel rod grates. After cooking, turn
the burners to HIGH and run for approximately
15 minutes with the lid closed. Then turn off the
burners, carefully open the lid and use a wire brush
to clean the excess food residue off the grates.
• For the stainless steel flame tents, clean residue off
with wire brush and wash with a mild soapy water.
Rinse with water.
• Remove the grease box from the tray and wipe
off the inner box with a paper towel to remove
excess grease. Then wash the inside of box with
warm, soapy water and rinse with water. For easier
cleanups, you can line the interior of the box with
aluminum foil.
• Remove the grease tray from the grill and wipe
off the top surface with a paper towel to remove
excess grease. Then wash the top surface with
warm, soapy water and rinse with water.

• The hose must be replaced by a certified hose as
shown in the replacement parts section.
