10. Inspection / Maintenance / Cleaning

When mounting or replacing parts use original häwa parts only.
Please state the product code of the spare part(s), if known, and the serial number of the bow punch to ensure identification (see machine label).
• The Quick-Press 300 is largely maintenance-free.
• Please check the machine in regular intervals for the following points:
Before starting work:
- leakages on cylinder, screw connections and hydraulic hose
Weekly:
- visual and functional inspection of the machine
Monthly:
- screw connections depending on their function. For example slight
self-locking if tilt stops are used.
The machine should be cleaned and galvanized parts oiled or lubricated in regular intervals.
Oily rags/cloths and the hydraulic oil must be disposed of as hazardous waste.

11. Troubleshooting and service

If you experience a break-down of the equipment please contact your local sales office or the manufacturer. Here you will receive help and hints to do smaller
repair work yourself. If a complex repair is necessary, this must be performed by our factor-service, as häwa will not assume any liability for improper repair
and resulting consequential damages.
