The minimum data required to save a customer is either a company name, a
given name or a surname. The minimum data required to save a pool is a de-
scription and a pool volume.
Customer ID's may be entered manually or be allocated automatically by check-
ing the "Automatic cust. ID assignment" checkbox.
The customer window contains four buttons in its upper left corner. The "Save
customer" button
is used to immediately save any possible changes in the
customer and pool(s) data.
The "Delete customer"
and "Add new customer"
button are respectively
used to delete a customer and related pool data after been prompted to confirm
this choice, and add a new customer and pool(s).
The "Find customer" button
opens a small window with a drop-down list
containing all customers as selected and sorted. When the "Scroll through
customers" checkbox is checked, the "Find customer" window will not close
after selecting a customer. It also allows the user to quickly scroll through
customers using the up and down arrows.
The "Memo / Remark" button
can be used to store unstructured text
concerning the customer.
