Operation

The HGPLE is controlled during operation by the SFC-DC (

Unexpectedly fast-moving payloads.
Risk of crushing and material damage.
• Remove any foreign objects from the positioning range.
• Safeguard the positioning range by using appropriate measures (e.g. protective
guard).
• Only touch the product when it has come to a complete standstill.
Eliminating mechanical jamming of the gripper jaws
1. Switch off power to the motor controller.
It is not sufficient just to cancel the enable
signal to the motor controller.
2. Safeguard the motor controller from being
switched on again unintentionally.
3. Remove the blanking screw 5.
For HGPLE-14: Remove the cover cap.
4. Turn the spur gear unit underneath using the
hex wrench until the jam is eliminated:
– Anti-clockwise (external gripping)
– Clockwise (internal gripping)
