The parallel gripper type HGPPI is intended for fitting into
a machine or into an automation system. It is intended
exclusively for use on the PROFIBUS−DP.
Note
This brief summary is intended only for users who are
familiar with the HGPPI. The safety instructions must
be observed. These can be found in the instructions for
the HGPPI (type P.BE HGPPI PB EN).
Caution
Always switch on the operating voltage supply first and
then the compressed air supply.
Before carrying out installation and/or maintenance
work, switch off the following power supplies either
simultaneously or in the following sequence:
1. Compressed air supply
2. Operating voltage supply for HGPPI.
