5.2.1 Installation of a heat meter with a length of
110 mm:
– Remove the existing flanged pipe from the return
of the "Regumat" product assembly.
– Screw the G ⁄ female thread (1) of the reducers

– Screw the G 1 female thread (2) of the reducers
G 1 x G 1 ⁄ with the enclosed seals to the reducers

(1) fixed before.
– Remove the existing ball valve (4) from the supply
pipe and install it in the return pipe.
– Screw the heat meter to the return pipe with the
enclosed seals and collar nut (3).
– Install the ball valve with temperature sensor
connection (7) in the supply pipe (Attention:
Depending on the model of the temperature sensor,
the position of the ball valve can be variably selected
(see illustr. 5.1 and 5.2). Exchange the handles (5,
6) with blue and red plugs.

5.2.2 Installation of a heat meter with a length of
130 mm:
Installation of a heat meter with a length of 130 mm is
identical to that of a heat meter with a length of 110
mm, but the reducers G ⁄ x G 1 (1) and the corresponding

seals (see illustr. 5.1 and 5.2) are not required.
5.2.3 Adaptation of the insertion block:
Commercial heat meters may be integrated into the
product group. This calls for an individual adaptation
of the insertion block. Depending on the type of the
heat meter, different diameters can be cut out of the
insertion block. The perforations simplify cutting. If the
electronic components of the heat meter cannot be
integrated into the insulation, they have to be removed
from the heat meter and be mounted onto the wall
near the insulation. In this case, the insertion block
does not have to be adapted.
