TROUBLESHOOTING
If your heater shuts off or fails to operate unexpectedly, one of the safety features may have been activated to prevent
overheating. Please follow next steps to reset the heater.
1. Unplug the power cord and allow 5~10 minutes for heater to cool completely.
2. Be sure the power cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet, and that the Power Switch on back of unit is pressed on.
3. Check your Thermostat setting. The unit may simply be off because the Thermostat setting equals room temperature.
4. Check for any obstructions.
5. Check if the heater is in the upright position.
6. If using Remote Control, check if batteries need replacement.
CLEANING AND MAINTAINING
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down. Wipe the unit with a soft wet cloth. Don't use solvents or
abrasives.
• Allow sufficient drying time before operating again.
• To prevent damage, don't scrape the heater or coils with a sharp instrument
• We recommend that the heater be cleaned and packed in its original packaging and stored in a cool, dry place.
