STARTING AND USE
THE INGREDIENTS TO BE USED
When unwrapping your unit, carefully remove all of the packaging

materials and the bags and packaging labels.
Make sure that all of the parts and accessories are present and intact.

Before using your unit, thoroughly clean all of the parts with soapy
*
water or water with dishwashing liquid added.
Carefully rinse and dry all of the parts.

MOUNTING OF THE UNIT
Place the unit on a clean, dry and uncluttered work surface.
Completely unwind the cord and make sure that it is not too taught
between the unit and the electrical outlet.
. Assemble the unit: Align the extrusion chamber pivoted to

° with the fitting zone of the unit and turn counterclockwise

to connect it. The opening of the extrusion chamber must be
oriented upwards.
. Push the extrusion screw into the extrusion chamber.

Position the end-piece of your choice, with the arrow pointing

Maintain the end-piece while screwing on the nut clockwise.

. Position the kneading vat and then the kneading blade on the
transmission axis.

. Insert the opening/closing door of the extrusion chamber. NB:
close the door properly so that it goes downward.
. Close the cover and tilt the safety bar to lock the unit.

The machine is now ready to operate. You can begin preparing
pasta, following the various steps described hereafter.
