INSTALLING EXTERIOR WHEELS, EXTERIOR DOOR PANEL AND ALUMINUM SEAL
• In this step, you'll need following parts:[5] x2, [7] x1, [8] x1, [11] x1, [19] x1, [21] x1
• In this step, you'll need the following tools: A, D, I, M, N
NOTE: TWO PEOPLE REQUIRED

4a. Remove metal and plastic nut from both Exterior Rollers [5] using supplied Wrench [7]. Also remove Hex
Screw from back side of both rollers using supplied Hex Allen Key [8] and remove the metal roller cover.
Insert threaded end of Roller [5] through inside hole of Exterior Door Panel [21] while keeping 2 clear
plastic washers in place (ref illustration). Attach plastic and metal nut onto threaded end of Roller [5]
through outside of glass panel. Install second roller on opposite side of panel in same manner.
4b. Tighten metal nut on Roller using supplied Wrench [7]. It may be necessary to use an adjustable wrench
on the plastic nut to hold in place while tightening metal nut.
Caution: Do not over tighten metal nut or possible damage to glass panel may exist.

4c. Hang Exterior Door Panel [21] onto Top Rail [18] from outside of shower and place metal covers
back onto Exterior Rollers [5] (ref. illustration), insert Hex Allen screw and tighten using supplied
Hex Allen Key [8].
4d. Place a bead of adhesive along the entire underside of the Aluminum Seal [19].
4e. Measure and mark several locations approximately 25 mm from the outside threshold of Shower Base
or Tub following the entire curvature from left to right (ref. illustration) and place Aluminum Seal [19] in
place, equal distance left & right of Tub or Shower Wall.
4f. Place Bottom Guide A [11] in center of Base or Tub equal distance left & right of walls and up to the
inside edge of the Aluminum Seal [19] (ref. illustration).
4g. Once Bottom Guide A [11] is in correct position against the Aluminum Seal [19], mark Shower Base or
Tub using a pencil in the single screw hole of Bottom Guide A [11] (ref. illustration).
