8. Use a helper and carefully rotate the Tripod assembly to
gain access to the ladder side.
9. Repeat Steps 1 - 3 for the 72" Ladder Assembly. See
figure 60.
10. Locate the pre-punched hole a little further than half-
way down the 72" Ladder Assembly.
11. Position one Bracket over this hole from the inside and
secure using one
2 3/4" bolt and lock nut
61. You must run this bolt from the inside out so that
the head of the bolt is sitting on the Bracket when tight.
As before, the Bracket should run horizontal to the ground
when the tripod is standing up.

16' LOWER LEG BRACE ASSEMBLY
1. Next, assemble the six Lower Cross Braces. First, Position
the Lower Cross Brace A and the Lower Cross Brace B as
shown in figure 62.
2. Please Note the correct way the Lower Cross Braces are
assembled as shown in figure 63. Slide the Lower Cross
Brace B into the Lower Cross Brace A and line up the bolt
hole. The two ends that slide together must be the ends
with the pre-punched holes that are 2" from the end of the
Brace (see figure 63).
3. Secure using one
1 1/2" bolt and lock nut
as shown in figure 64.
4. Repeat for the other five Braces
