Fault
The heater has a
fault: the red lamp on
the operating panel
lights up.
The gas supply is
interrupted during
operation, the flame
is extinguished.
The heater uses too
much gas.
The heater cannot be
switched off with the
switch.
Record the maintenance details in table A in
the annex at the back of this manual.

Cause
13 The maximum thermo-
stat is defective.
14 The ignition is not func-
tioning.
15 The thermostat is set to
a too low temperature.
16 Defect in the operating
panel.
17 There is no or not
enough gas pressure for
the magnet valves.
18 The pressure controller
is defective.
19 There is a leak in the
fuel line between the
gas bottle and the gas
connection to the
heater.
20 The magnet valves do
not close or the switch is
defective.

Solution
Replace the maximum ther-
mostat.
Check the connection
between the transformer and
the ignition pin for short cir-
cuit.
Check the setting of the igni-
tion pin (see "Adjust ignition
pin").
Correct the settings.
Repair or replace the operat-
ing panel.
Check if the shut-off valve on
the gas bottle is open.
Check if the gas bottle is
empty.
Press the button of the hose-
breaking protection and the
reset button on the operating
panel.
Replace the pressure con-
troller.
Find the leak using suds.
Replace the defective part.
Shut off the gas supply and
let the flame burn out.
Disconnect the mains con-
nection.
Check the magnet valves
and the switch and replace
the defective part, if neces-
sary.
