Description
Remove dust and deposits from the heater.
Check the heater (in a clean environment).
Check the heater (in a dusty environment).
Check and clean the supply opening for the combustion air
(GA 60-85-110).
Check and clean the inlet grate.
Check the hot air fan for operation and damage.
Check the heater for correct combustion. The flame must
be blue. If the flame is yellow, consult the dealer.
Clean the burner head with a steel brush and compressed
air.
Clean the nozzle and the injection opening.
Clean the ionisation pin and the ignition pin with steel
wool.
Check the adjustment of the ignition pin and adjust this as
necessary, see 5.3 "Adjust the ionisation pin".
Check the heater's wiring.
Check the gas hose for damage and replace it if neces-
sary. Replace the gas hose at least every two years.
5.3
Adjust the ionisation pin
1. Remove the grate from the blower outlet
(GA 60-85-110). The ignition pin can be
accessed through the blower outlet.
2. Check the distance between the ignition
pin and the burner and set this to the
correct distance, if necessary (see fig.
10).

FAULTS
During troubleshooting, make sure
that the mains voltage is switched on
and the gas supply is open.
Remove the bottom part of the
outside housing (GA42) and the
upper part of the outside housing (GA
60/85/110) for maintenance on the
internal parts.
