RECIPES FOR DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY JUICES
REFRESHMENT
3 6 apples (cut each into 8 pieces with core
and seeds)
3 bunch of parsley
3 a few mint leaves
REFRESHMENT II
3 6 apples (cut each into 8 pieces with core
and seeds)
3 bunch of parsley
3 2 stalks of celery
3 slice (1cm) of ginger
THE WAY OF PREPARATION:
First squeeze two or three apples.
Next squeeze a bunch of parsley, mint leaves,
ginger and celery.
Finally squeeze remaining apples.
VITALITY
3 6 carrots (cut a very large carrot length-
wise and crosswise, medium one only
lengthwise)
3 4 apples (cut each into 8 pieces with core
and seeds)
3 2 medium stalks of celery
3 slice (1cm) of ginger as desired
THE WAY OF PREPARATION:
Squeeze a part of carrot, apple, stalk of celery
and ginger.
Do it alternately hard - soft to achieve better
efficiency.
Squeeze the remaining carrot.
You may add pineapple, beet, orange, etc.
changing the taste with
each added vegetable.

CHLOROPHYLL COCKTAIL
The juice is made from green plants, you may
use different each day, e.g. spinach, different va-
rieties of lettuce, lamb's lettuce, beetroot, wheat
grass, barley, parsley, celery, etc. in the amount
of approx. a handful for 2 portions. To obtain the
maximum amount of juice put separately leaves
into the inlet channel and push it with a hard
product (piece of apple, carrot, etc.). Then pour
water into the blender (500ml), squeezed juice
and a fruit: banana, strawberry, peach, pear, etc.
Mix a few minutes. Drink slowly.
NOTE! Chlorophyll cocktail has an extraordinary de-
toxification effect, therefore, just like beet juice,
drink it slowly and more than 300-400 ml per day.
CITRUS NECTAR
3 ½ or a small grapefruit(peel and crush into
pieces)
3 3 medium oranges(peel and crush into
pieces)
3 ½ of a small lime or lemon(peel and cut
into 2 pieces)
3 you may add a pineapple
LIVER CLEANSING
3 0,5 of beetroot
3 5 carrots
3 2 cm of of fresh cucumber
3 3 apples
3 small bunch of parsley or lettuce
FOR BEAUTY
3 4 oranges
3 5 carrots
3 1 stalks of celery
3 small bunch of parsley
3 ginger root (approx. 1 cm)
