NOTE! MPM fruit and vegetable juicer is equipped with a motor with a speed reduction gear, which is why the
appliance needs time to process the ingredients. Haste, attempts to insert large vegetables and fruits, large
quantities at a time, too much pressure on the pusher may block the appliance.
PREPARATION OF VEGETABLES AND FRUIT
TYPE OF PRODUCTS
HARD ROOT CROPS
Note: do not insert large amounts of vegetables
or fruit at a time Large amounts can clog the inlet
channel or snail extruder which could cause blockage
of the appliance.
REMEMBER: Hard vegetables or fruit should be firmly pressed into slowly rotating mechanism. For ease of work, cut larger carrots lengthwise
into two or more parts. Use the pusher to push the last portion of products.
CEREAL GRASSES
REMEMBER: Cereal grasses contain ingredients that cause foaming during extrusion. To minimize this phenomenon, use fresh grass. You may
also cool the grass and snail extruder by putting them in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours prior to extrusion, or spray with cold water
immediately before extrusion. If you do not mind mixing grass juice with carrot juice, you can produce a really large amount of grass juice using
minimum amount of carrots at the same time, it will help clean the filter during extrusion.

PREPARATION
Wash all the products and cut into long pieces so they can
easily pass through the inlet channel.
Large carrots should be cut lengthwise into four pieces.
Cut the green tip approx. 1 cm. Push the final parts with a
pusher.
– beets and celery should be cut as apples into approx.
8 parts
Cut the grass to desired length and rinse it. For a better
extrusion effect, insert small amounts of grass into the inlet.
If necessary use the pusher.
– Greens: do not insert too much at a time to
IMPORTANT: Choose mainly hard, juicy apples. Wash and cut
unpeeled fruit into pieces which fit into the inlet (approx. 8
pieces). Fruits can be used with cores, remove stems only. For
ease of extrusion do not put too many pieces at a time.
Wash the products and cut them into pieces which fit into
the inlet. If necessary peel them. Do not put to many fruit
pieces into the inlet, to avoid overflowing. Push them with
the pusher.
Peel the fruit and remove excessive
white fibre. Split into natural pieces.
