Errors
The vacuum does
not work.
Weak suction force.
Motor is making
a strange noise.
The first indicator is
red after turning on
the vacuum.
The first indicator
blinks red when
charging the vacuum.
The battery indicator
does not light while
charging.
The vacuum charges
slowly.

Possible Causes
The vacuum is out of battery or
low on power.
Overheat protection mode
triggered by a blockage.
Suction opening or air duct is
blocked.
Dust cup is full and/or HEPA
filter assembly is clogged.
Attachment is blocked.
Main suction opening or carbon
fiber rod is blocked.
Battery pack is damaged.
The charger is incompatible.
The adapter is not connected to
the vacuum.
The battery is fully charged and
went into sleep mode.
If the problem persists after
ruling out the above two
possibilities.
Battery temperature is too low
or too high.
Solutions
Fully charge the vacuum, then
continue to use it.
Clean the suction openings or air
duct. Wait until the vacuum cools
down, then reactivate it.
Clear any blockage from suction
opening or air duct.
Empty the dust cup and clean the
HEPA filter assembly.
Clear any blockage in the attachment.
Clear any blockage in the main
suction opening or extension rod.
Please contact after-sales service
department for maintenance.
Only use the original charger to charge
the vacuum.
Make sure the power adapter is
plugged in properly.
The vacuum can be used normally.
Please contact the after-sales service
department for maintenance.
Wait until the battery's temperature
returns normal, then continue to use
the vacuum.
