Safety tips on engine operation
Caution! Exhaust fumes and vapours may contain poisonous substances.
Do not operate the machine indoors.
Do not smoke during refuelling.
Caution! Be careful not to spill fuel during refuelling.
Stop the machine before refuelling.
Keep children at a safe distance.
Keep the machine at least 1 meter away from any flammable objects.
Figures 3 and 4: Just above the clutch lever, a safety mechanism (safety lever) is placed.
When starting the tiller, the safety lever must be secured in the closed position with the help of the special metal safety (to be pressed and secured, as shown
in Figure 4).
The safety lever is automatically unlocked as soon as it is pressed.
Engine starting instructions
Caution! During the start-up process, the gear levers must be in the neutral position (N).
1) Turn the fuel switch to the ON position.
2) Turn the ON / OFF switch to the ON position.
3) Turn the chuck lever to the closed position (chuck in operation).
4) Pull the recoil starter handle until you feel slight resistance and then pull hard.
5) Turn the chuck lever to its original position (chuck inactive).
6) Set the throttle lever (throttle) to the required speed.
Turning the engine off
1) Set the gear lever in the neutral position.
2) Reduce the engine speed with the throttle lever.
3) Turn the engine off by turning the ON / OFF switch to the OFF position.
Operating instructions
Low speed - 1st slow
Press the clutch lever with your left hand.
Pull the gear lever backwards with your right hand and check that it is set at low speed.
Release slowly the clutch lever.
High speed - 2nd fast
Press the clutch lever with your left hand.
Pull the gear lever backwards with your right hand and check that it is set at high speed.
Slowly release the clutch lever.
Reverse gear (Reverse)
To engage the reverse gear:
1. Make sure the gear levers are in the neutral position (N).
Caution! Its speed cannot be reversed unless the gear lever is set firstly on the neutral gear.
2. Press and hold the clutch lever.
3. Press and hold the reverse lever while pressing the lever safety mechanism.
4. Slowly release the clutch lever while holding the lever back.
To disengage the reverse gear:
1. Slowly release the gear shifting lever.
2. Hold down the clutch lever.
3. Put the gear lever on the dead.
4. Release the clutch.
Caution! Speed shifting should only be done when the machine is stationary.
Stopping work
Hold down the clutch lever, place the lever on the neutral (N) and release the clutch slowly.
Connecting the components
1. Connecting the knives: Remove the wheels and place the knives on the drive shaft. Make sure you place the knives correctly on both sides of the shaft. After
placing the knives, place the bumpers (wheel covers) to avoid any injury that may be caused by the knives.
2. For moist soils: When the depth of wet soil is less than 25cm you can dig with curved knives. When the depth is 25-40cm you should use regular knives.
3. To connect the groove, you must first remove the working depth regulator and replace the groove by adjusting its depth and height.
Maintenance
Due to the way the digger works and the vibrations created, the screws and fittings can loosen or even wear out during operation. These changes can affect
the function of the digger and cause damage to the digger. In order to reduce the wear of your digger, inspections of the digging sections should be carried out
frequently and proper maintenance should be carried out. This way the digger will have the best possible performance and longer life.
1. When a digger is new or has undergone significant repairs it should not operate for more than one hour with a large load. After 5 hours of use, you must
empty the oil from the engine and gearbox and install a new one. Then let the machine work for 3-5 minutes at idle to clean well. Refuel and inspect the ma-
chine every 4 hours. With the above actions the machine will operate at optimal performance for quite some time.
