Main functions and initial settings
Caution! The knives are placed on both sides of the drive shaft. Make sure you tighten the shaft properly and the knives using the appropriate screws.
Assembly
1. Attaching the wheels: Attach the rear (inner) side of the wheels to the shaft plate using the four provided screws. Support the tiller and place the drive wheels
on the hexagon shaft of the machine, making sure that the shaft holes are on the same side of the hexagon, with the drive shaft holes on the drive shaft. Then
insert the long M8 screws (or safety pins) and nuts M8 into the holes and tighten them well.
2. Attaching the steering handlebars: place the handlebars on the tiller by joining the toothed sections of the joint (15) together. Then install the handlebar
adjusting handle(2) and its accessories, adjust the height of the steering wheel according to your height and the requirements of each application.
Adjust the position of the steering handlebar to the left or right with the help of the Horizontal adjustment handle (18).
3. Placing the wheel covers (bumpers): first place the support frames on the tiller. The two small bases are placed on the front of the tiller's main body, at the
point where the engine is supported. The larger base is placed on the back of the tiller, above the drag bar. Place the two covers on top of the bases on the
respective sides (right - left) and screw them with the screws provided in the package.
4. Connecting the gear shifting lever: Connect the lever to the connection point and secure with the provided safety pin.
Installation and adjustment of the control cables
1. Clutch cable wire:
Tighten the nut on the regulator screw so that the wire is as long as possible.
Screw the retractor screw on the clutch arm to the end of its rotation. Then press the clutch arm and pass the wire into the hole just below
them as you can see in the photo.
Caution! The component where the wire is placed should be placed with the large hole down so that the end of the wire (barrel) is fixed
inside its hole.
Unscrew the clutch regulator so that the lever has an inactive path about 3cm before engagement and then tighten the regulator nut.
2. Reversing cable (reverse gear)
Relax the nut on the regulator screw.
Screw fully the retoucher screw to the end of its rotation.
Insert the end (barrel) of the cable to the reversing arm.
Push the reverse arm upwards and insert the cable and the casing of the cable through the slit of the regulator.
Unscrew the reversing regulator until its free movement is less than two millimeters and then tighten the nut.
Check and adding engine oil and gearbox oil
1. Check that all screws and connectors are installed correctly and that they are tightly fastened.
2. Check that the handles on the operating system are positioned correctly. If they are not in the correct position, adjust them as needed.
3. Place the gear lever in neutral position (N).
For safety reasons, the machine may be delivered without engine oil and gearbox oil.
Fill SAE20w-50 oil in the engine oil tank until the level is at the top edge of the hole and in the gearbox taking care that the level does not exceed the top line of
the indicator, the indicator and the oil port (17) is on the right side of the machine as observed from the operator's control position.
Gearbox oil capacity: ~ 2 liters.
Place the machine on a flat surface, and add oil through the engine oil port (7). The amount of oil should be ~ 700ml.
Check the oil level with the help of the oil indicator. Check the level before each use.
Choose the right engine oil type depending on the conditions and temperature of the environment. We recommend SAE20w-50 oil for gasoline engines.
Caution! The oil level should always be at the ceiling.
Starting the engine
Useful tips for starting the engine
1. Carefully read the engine starting instructions.
2. You should let the machine run without any load for about 2-3 minutes at idling speed.
3. Check that the machine is operating normally. If not, turn it off and check.
4. Make sure the gear lever are in the neutral position.
