GAS MANIFOLD REPLACEMENT
Preparation
Disconnect the power from the power supply and remove the torch lead. See Section 3 of the Operator Manual.
Remove the old manifold
1. Remove the 12 screws from the power supply cover and lift
off the cover.
2. Remove the screw from the ETR barrier and remove the
barrier.
3. Disconnect the gas hose
fitting. Compress the hose
fitting collar and pull the gas
hose from fitting.
4. Remove the solenoid wire connector from the power board
receptacle (J20).
