Fasten the clean-out tool to the mounting clip
on the rear of the auger housing.
Replacement Shear Pins
A pair of replacement auger shear pins and
clevis pins are included with your snow thrower.
Store them in a safe place until needed.
Spare Roll Pins
The impeller is secured to the impeller shaft
with roll pins.
Two 6x40 roll pins for impeller are supplied
as spare in the hardware bag. Store them in a
safe place until needed.
Battery (if so equipped)
1. Remove the battery cover by loosening
the screw and nut.
2. Take battery out of the tray.
3. Replace battery on the tray.
4. Connect positive (red) battery cable to the
battery terminal first, then negative (black) battery
cable. Check that all cable connectors are tight.
5. Reinstall battery cover and tighten the screw and
nut.
