Push the upper housing back on to the lower housing and replace the 1/2-inch bolt and
neoprene washer.
3. Bulb Replacement.
Open the battery housing by removing the 1/2-inch bolt and neoprene washer. Bend the
upper housing out slightly on each side and pull the lower housing out. Grasp the center
white housing inside the upper battery housing and pull. The battery contacts/bulb support
assembly will snap out. To remove the bulb, push down and turn counter clockwise. Install
the new bulb by aligning the bulb tabs, pushing down and turning clockwise until the bulb
locks. Reinstall the battery contact/bulb support assembly by positioning the switch on the
side with the black switch cover. Re-insert the assembly into the upper battery housing and
push until the upper housing tabs lock onto the assembly. Push the upper housing back on to
the lower housing and replace the 1/2-inch bolt and neoprene washer. Test the light to be
sure it is operating properly before reinstalling.
