WARRANTY
Every J.COSTA product is conceived, designed and developed to satisfy the expectation of
the most demanding users who want to give a technical personalization to their
motorcycle. The high technological level of the production, the severity of the test and
the quality control, guarantee a long life to our products, as long as it has been done the
correct maintenance of the variator.
If our product present any malfunction, contact our country distributor. They will manage
the best way to solve the problem. But first of all your variator should be check by a
professional and fill up the warranty form or contact info@itscooter.es and we will send you
the form.
Once the mechanic or the dealer has contacted J.Costa, we will analyze everything and if
the variator must be sent to our facilities, but always, at paid expenses.
You can register, too, on the "Warranty" section on the web page ( www.jcosta.com) and
fill up the form with all the data of your scooter and your variator. In order to make it sure
that the variator has been installed properly, it should be signed by the mechanical
who did the installation.
