SPECIAL RECOMENDATIONS ACCORDING TO MODELS
MOTOR PIAGGIO 50:

On some models, before installing J.Costa variator, a small modification should be made to the
crankcase, as shown in the drawing, remove the pointed highlights (1), which are the right and
left on the crankshaft. (2) to allow the bell fits perfectly on the crankshaft neck.
MOTOR HONDA 125/150:
J.Costa reinforced Kevlar belt or the original.
HONDA SH300: This kit has an original washer. Before assembling, put the bell on the
crankshaft neck. Turn it, applying pressure to the engine case and check if anything is touching.
In affirmative case, fit the washer on the crankshaft and then the variator. If it is not touching do
not install the washer.

BURGMAN 125/150/200:
(with the crankshaft engine). Before assembling, put the bell on the crankshaft neck. Turn it,
