Route the block heater harness
around left side of radiator toward the lower
front grille area. Use a gold tie wrap to
attach the wire harness to the vehicle
harness at the tee‐section. Bundle any
excess wire, as shown, to ensure it does not
interfere with the active grille shutter or
create any rattling or noise.
12.
Using 32mm hole saw, drill hole in
lower front grille in the location shown.
Reference template on Page 7 for grille
cutout. Using male plug protector, attach
male plug through drilled hole in lower
front grille, insuring the harness is not
twisted. Re‐install left hand mud guard
and engine undercover. Lower the vehicle.
Re‐connect battery ground cable. Refill
with fresh coolant mixed to OE
specification.
