10. CHANNEL NUMBERING AND NIT TABLE
Once a device has been confi gured and the confi guration saved, you can change the numbering of the
channels assigned to the device.
To do this:
1. In the main menu, select the option NIT table.
2. Select among the saved confi guration fi les.
3. Enter the name of the network in which you wish to save the channels confi guration.
4. Enter the version of the NIT table.
5. If you are the operator, enter the network identifi cation and the original network identifi cation.
6. Confi rm the data with the OK key.
The numbering of the channels in the confi guration loaded on the PS-011 will automatically appear on
screen.
By default, the order of the channels is given using Logical Channel Number (LCN). When the LCN
appears on the screen, you can select any channel and, using the numeric keypad, assign the number
you want to that channel, so as to rearrange the LCN.
When you have rearranged the channels in the order you want them, confi rm with the OK key. The
numbering shown in the table will then be refl ected in the individual receivers or, failing that, on the
televisions which are tuned to those channels and which have the LCN option enabled.
The NIT table will be generated from this numbering. In this table will be included all the channels saved
in the loaded confi guration, coming from all the devices which have been added to it. From this, it is clear
that the NIT table is not being stored but is still being generated.
