Faults

Fault
After connection, neither the green
radio symbol nor the gray radio
symbol appears on the therapy
device display.
The gray radio symbol
on the therapy device display and
does not turn green.
If you are not able to clear an error message with the aid of the
table below, you should have the device repaired by your
authorized dealer. To avoid serious damage, do not continue using
the device.
Cause
Contact problem or defective
module.
The module is not supported
by the therapy device
firmware.
No communication possible
between the module and
appears
therapy device.
The module and the therapy
device are not compatible.
Please also observe the instructions for use of your therapy device.
Remedy
Remove and then reconnect the
module (see 4.2, p. 35),
p. 34).
If the fault persists: Contact your
authorized dealer.
Contact your authorized dealer and
have the therapy device updated.
