Maintenance
Always change both batteries. Only use
branded batteries of the quality specified (see
Specifications). If the device is going to be out
of use for any lengthy period, please remove
the batteries. This prevents leakage. Any bat-
tery can leak.
Caution!
Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Batteries and appliances should not be
disposed of with domestic waste but
should be handed in at appropriate col-
lection and disposal points.

2. Cleaning and disinfection

Only clean the device with a soft, slightly
moistened cloth and a small amount of deter-
gent. Stains on the cuff can be removed care-
fully using a moist cloth and soap and water.
If you have to disinfect the device, we recom-
mend using Descosept AF, Dr. Schumacher
GmbH, Melsungen. It can be used for fast
wipe-down and spray disinfection.
The cuff must not be washed or dry-
cleaned.

3. Customer service

The device may only be repaired by the
manufacturer or an authorised service centre.
