Troubleshooting

The answers to these questions should help you solve most problems you may have with
the pet feeder. If they do not, please contact our Customer Care Centre.
PROBLEM
5-button Navigation is locked/

SOLUTION
• Buttons automatically lock after 2 minutes of
inactivity. To unlock 5-button Navigation, press
UP and ENTER buttons AT SAME TIME.
