INSTALLATION
4.1 Preparing the tools for mounting the silentblock
The silentblock assembly tool (hereinafter referred to as the tool) consists of a threaded rod
(1), two axial washers (2), a bearing (3) and two further thrust washers (2), a cover plate (4), a
receiving tube or sleeve (5), a centring washer or disc (8) and a nut unit (9).

When using the clamp, always position the ring centred against the silentblock housing
in the suspension arm.
Before mounting the new silent block on the suspension arm,
assemble the tooling by mounting the following components on
the threaded rod (1) see detail (fi gure 8):
- 2 Axial washers (2)
- Bearing (3)
- 2 Axial washers (2)
- Cover or cover plate (4).
