resolve the error (remove the obstacle such as a cable or similar, clean the sensors, lift
the device up and put it down somewhere else on the fl oor etc.).

Possible cause/solution
•
Are the sensors on the charging station obstructed or
dirty? Is there any furniture or other obstacles in front of
the charging station? There must be at least 1.5 to 2 m
of free space in front of the charging station so that the
signal can reach the device.
•
Make sure that the charging station is connected to the
mains supply.
•
Is the room so large that the signal is no longer able to
reach the device? If this is the case, you must place the
device on the charging station yourself.
•
Has the rechargeable battery been charged? Check
whether the device can be switched on.
