Potential cause/solution
• Is the auxiliary air valve on the handle open? Close it.
• Has the suction power regulator been set to low power? Turn
the regulator.
• Is the dust bin full? Change the dust bin.
• Is the exhaust air fi lter plugged? Clean it.
• Is the nozzle, the telescopic tube or suction hose plugged?
Remove the blockage.
• Check whether the exhaust air fi lter has been correctly in-
serted and whether the dust bin container has been closed
correctly. Also check whether the dust bin has been inserted
correctly. Correct this if necessary
• An odour often develops when using new devices for the fi rst
time. The odour should disappear once you have used the
device a few times.
