Cleaning the burner
• Turn off the gas at the control knob and disconnect the gas cylinder from the grill.
• Remove the cooling grille.
• Clean the burner with a soft brush or compressed air and then wipe with a cloth.
• Clean clogged burner nozzles with a pipe cleaner or solid wire (such as an open
paper clip).
• Check the burner for damage (cracks or holes). If you find any damage, have the
burner replaced with a new one. When installing the new burner, make sure that the
gas valve openings are correctly positioned and secured inside the burner inlet.
• In some cases, insects or spider webs inside the burner lines may cause a flashback.
A bottle brush, the bristles of which are pressed into the burner openings, can be
used to remove them. Contact customer service if the problem persists.
