INSTALLATION
Part Installation on Mower Deck
Note: Installation takes place before mower deck is attached
to tractor.
1. Attach RH belt guard (A, Figure 2) to mower deck (B) with
two 5/16-18 x .75 taptite screws (C).

2. Remove flange nut (A, Figure 3a) from mower deck (B).
3. Attach mounting bracket (C, Figure 3b) with existing flange
nut (A) and screw (D).

4. Remove taptite screw (A, Figure 4) from mower deck (B).

5. Attach right side of LH belt guard (A, Figure 5) and spacer
(B) with 5/16-18 x 1.75 taptite screw (C).
6. Attach left side of LH belt guard to mounting bracket (D)
with 5/16-18 x .50 taptite screw (E).

7. Remove taptite screw (A, Figure 6) from strap (B) that
mounts the shaft to the mower deck.

8. Attach guard cover (A, Figure 7) from rear of mower deck
with existing taptite (B) from Step 7, 5/16-18 x .75 taptite
screw (C) and washer (D).
Note: Lever arm (E) on idler pulley needs to be inserted
through slot (F).
